Locate Producers or Wholesale Suppliers in USA

I'm looking for sources for 100% Calcium Bentonite, FINE screened, in cosmetic use grades, completely safe for topical (external) application. Suppliers must provide clean, human-usable (by USA standards) calcium bentonite.

Please note that OTHER TYPES OF BENTONITE are typically less expensive and more commonly found and ARE NOT THE FOCUS OF THIS PROJECT. If you identify suppliers of Sodium Bentonite, Montmorillonite, etc. that will be nice as a side-benefit but the main objective of this project is Calcium Bentonite supply.

I'm looking for sources well under $3/lb. We have already have identified at least one supplier that can come in at around $3 so other suppliers in that price range are of little to no value for this project.

The end-use will be in USA so product must be safe and uncontaminated. The preferred suppliers will regularly TEST samples of the material being shipped.

Furthermore since volume of material will be shipped to Virginia USA it seems quite plausible that the low cost suppliers will also be located in USA.

Finally we do not want supplier names for businesses that are closed, no longer in business, defunct.

We'd like to start with 50 - 100's lb quantities but will be interested in looking at palette cost and logistics to Virginia; may purchase by palette in the future.

PS. I will not award a project unless you can specifically address the concerns in this brief and also can demonstrate convincingly that you have skills to complete the project effectively.
