Asterisk as video conferencing server

This project is for enhancing the work already done for Asterisk 1.2.4 to develop a plugin for it to enable Asterisk handle Video. The current Asterisk plug in can let you do the video conferencing between two parties. The plug-in needs to be enhanced/ rewritten to do following: 1) Support multi-point h264 and h323 2) Support the latest Asterisk edition. 3) Support multipoint softphones like Omni, for point to point SIP clients like Video phones, Eyebeam etc., it would do follow the speaker. 4) Administration and monitoring utility. 5) Optimized for memory leaks and performance...I will need it to support at least "50 video user conferencing meeting" 6) It has to be an application for Asterisk ([login to view URL]) 7) It should be able to play video IVR message to conference participants and support video on Hold 8) Should able to record the meeting
