We had bad experience of using these online job services, because many people told we are able to do this, with very good CVs, but in the job, they didn't know anything even what is fork() !
So, you must write something to prove your ability, and I will decide the provider, depends on the code you write.
Write a C code, which open port 1122, and in case of getting "Hello" write "Hello World" for him, and disconnect him. You must use epoll method here.
It must contains commenting, and be structural, as will do in the job.
Send me the code, and I will decide the provider depends on the attached code. I will not even read the bids without attach code.
If you have experience of writing any related software in Linux, or research, attach your CV as well (PDF format).
