data packet interception hardware/software for Xbox360

I am looking for a solution to intercept, interpret and encrypt data packets eminating from an Xbox360 games console. The solution can be hardware or software based, or can be a combination of both. Essentially, I am looking to intercept the data packets sent out of the xbox360 console, via the RJ45 port, specifically when playing xbox games on the "Xbox live" platform. If you are unfamiliar with xbox live, this is the service offered by Xbox, to allow gamers to play against each other over the internet, via a broadband connection. The solution I am looking for will intercept the data packets eminating from the console when a player is playing a game on xbox live. These data packets will be interpreted, to allow a program to read the "scores" and "results" of the game, i.e. who won the game, the score, the time the game was played, etc. The information would then be encrypted, as so it could be sent to a central database. This would obviously require consent from the owner of the console. This would allow us to verify the scores and results the gamers claim to have achieved, whilst the encryption element would stop the results being tampered with.
