I have a file in excel, which contains all working hours for each of my personnel staff. This means that each tag contains the details pertaining to each staff. At the end of the month (or any other period as I wish), I need to send this page via e-mail to each staff, but like I said before, the Excel file contains all tags for each staff member, so sending the whole file would mean sharing other staff private things to their colleagues. I need someone able to program or modify the table in order to do the following when I need:
1) Automatically split all sub-folders in the excel file, so to produce a file for each staff (i still want to have everything in one big file, but whenever I need, a button or a small routine is needed in order to split each staff page in a different file, so to send it to the right person)
2) Add the person e-mail to each tag so that whenever the file is splitted, and is sent to the person via e-mail, the program automatically enters the recipient's e-mail address
3) Possibly do this in Acrobat instead of Excel. I want to be able to extrapolate the file as mentioned above, and from there create a PDF file for the staff instead of another Excel file. This way the file will not be easily edited too
4) Small other suggestions that I am not recalling at the moment, but that you have to keep in mind when bidding.
