MS Access Mailing List Database Needed

I am in need of an Microsoft Access professional. What is needed is a Mailing Listing Database for my company. This database needs to be integrated into our current MS Access database, which will be provided when the winning person is picked.
This database needs to be Access 2007 friendly!!!!!
This Mailing Listing Database must match the current database (color, fonts, etc.) and must be able to easily switch between differnt modules.

1) Daily feedback on progress
2) Be able to quickly change or add features
3) Be able to quickly fix errors that are found
4) Be professional and keep the database clean for future expansion
5) Agree to provide your services to fix errors that are found in the database after being paid.
