I have a program written by a vb programmer from anonther site that works through a list of items and opens the search results in Newzbin (like this [url removed, login to view];q=bon+jovi&emu_subcat=-1&searchaction=Go&emu_subcat_done=-1). It uses tabs in IE, one for each item in the list, so just imagine an Internet Explorer application with multiple tabs one on each page e.g. Bob Mills, The Supergroup, [url removed, login to view] Bloke, etc.
I want the program improved so it downloads the .nzb (newzbin) file automatically to a folder of my choosing, so it in effect "presses" the "Create NZB file" button and then the negotiates the "Save" (or whatever it's labelled) dialog that pops up in IE. At the moment I have to do this by hand for each window. I want every unique item (not file type like .mp3, or .ogg but every album) from the page selected then downloaded. The code is in Visual Basic 6, and will be provided to the winning bidder, with the .exe
NOTE "Create NZB" is only visible if you've registered and and paid a fee. Minimum fee is $4 for a month I think.
Here's something that may help...a page on how to press a button through code...[url removed, login to view], using "SendMessage" function, I may be on the wrong track, and you may have a different way to it, like a method call to the button on the page, revealed in the IE object in VB, or you may have something different entirely.

You were really on wrong track. In webpages, emulating click is not that difficult as is on native OS. It requires basically the DOM parsing of HTML page and doing whatever that button is doing. I have done similar wo Daha Fazla
