The objective is developing a two-way synchronization between SQL server 2005 and Exchange server 2007.
We developed a web based back office system with an SQL server 2003 database. The back office database will be used by multiple companies. Each company has its own data.
The database has two important tables: 1. tblUsers, 2. tblCompanies. In table tblUsers we stored the user/contact details. The userID is the primary key in this table. The table tblUsers is related to the table tblCompanies by tblUsers.CompanyID. The CompanID is the primary key of tblCompanies. We use the table [url removed, login to view] to define to which back office a company is belonging.
You need to connect the exchange server to our current SQL server 2005 database structure. The deadline for the first stage delivery date is 25th of October. The first stage is a simple synchronization between contacts. That the same contacts are shown in the back office and the exchange server web access. The second stage is making sure that the companyID is connected to the exchange server and that the users can select a company from a company list within exchange.
