i am familiar with fleet management, cause i once did it by myself, using obd-II slot and GPS signals to calculate the status of the fleet. Familiar with GPS NMEA-0183 and c programming.

I have worked with a GPS module to make a datalogger where I have stored informationa about location and speed. I have used NMEA standard and UART interface. I have experience with PICs and dsPIC microcontrollers.
