PayPal Integration (IPN)

Hello... I need a developer who have good experience in PayPal payment solutions, and integrations...etc.. What i want to do is: Re-bill customers based on "event". Example: [login to view URL] They re-bill the customers when their credit balance fall below specific minimum limit $# ... Obviously this is not a subscription... Because the standard subscription will re-bill customers 7 days, 30 days...etc... But this payment type is based on an "event" that triggers the NEW payment. 1- What is that payment type called? 2- Can you implement this payment method? Please send me a comment if you need more info... (for example about the "event" that will trigger the new payment?)
