We are looking for a C developer with experience with the Ogg/Vorbis standard to create a tool to fix and create new Ogg/Vorbis audio files from a series of sequential timestamped files. Given a directory with source files, a start- and end time the tool should return a single valid Ogg/Vorbis file.
The source files could be corrupt and should be fixed by inserting silence or a defined tone in place of the missing data to guaranty the audio after the missing frames is still synced in time. The corruption would be from missing frames.
Upon request we provide sample audio and a complete specification of the work.
