I want you to get this program to work identical to Visual Studio Intellisense. What I mean by this is, when a user types in a character, I want the tree searched for all of the last characters entered (basically the last word as is done now) and listed in the listBoxAutoComplete. As the user continues to type, the list in the listbox continues to get narrowed down to the exact word that was typed.
For instance, if you were to type in "tree" in the current project it would diplay Searchtree, TreeNode, etc. Meaning it would search and sort the tree for the last characters that have been entered using [url removed, login to view](). It would then list the matching Nodes in the listbox for selection. When the person is typing, it would continue to limit the displayed list. It would no longer use '.' or "-" other than to continue to limit the displayed list:
[url removed, login to view]
Once "System." is pressed, only items related to System would be shown
such as AccessViolationException etc.
It would allow auto completion of functions in the same manor that Visual Studio 2010 does.
This has to be robust and work with all versions of Windows from XP up to Win7.
Please bid your time estimate accurately.
I want it to work with C and C++ only.
