Hi I am looking for somebody to build an MS Access DB that will also calculate and produce invoices from telephony CDRs. The Access DB must Have the following the following:
Dashboard to all sections
Customer account info
CDR Data import
What I need is to import a txt file (CDR) that is similar to CSV file, I then need the ACCESS DB to recognise the customer from one 'Field' and import only the DATA I need. The ACCESS DB then needs to calculate and produce Invoices from the rest of the data in the CDR.
I will supply a sample CDR
If you look at the CDR Txt file
the customer number is 'a number'
The destination number is 'dialled' and the duration of the call is 'duration'
That's all the info required from the CDR as the rest will be in the ACCESS DB such as customer info, rates etc.
Hope that doesn't sound too complicated, any interested parties can PM me for more info, I have to add that I had a similar one built 14 months ago which was fine at the time but not now, I do not know how to alter it so if you want to work on that one I can supply a copy, also this may give you an Idea of what I am looking for, maybe just a few alterations to the existing one might be enough...
