Custom USB Bootloader for ESP32-S3

I'm currently developing a project on the ESP32-S3, with firmware development done in VSCode + PlatformIO. However, I've hit a roadblock with the VSCode implementation not supporting ESP32 Secure Boot V2 and flash encryption directly.
