Custom Yocto Embedded Linux Build with QT for RaspberryPi

I want an expert to build Custom Yocto Embedded Linux Build with QT fast boot for the RaspberryPi and STM32.

Must be comfortable with different Embedded Interfaces / Protocols like SPI, i2C, and be comfortable with Linux Embedded device driver development / customisation.

Must be comfortable with QEMU simulation,

I want to migrate to RaspberryPi (with custom Yocto OS that boots up to a QT GUI application) from the current board that was running on Atmega board.

We primarily connect/control below from the board

12V DC Motors

12V sensors

IO Expanders
