I have plenty of C programming experience, a reasonable knowledge of image processing (I am familiar with Fourier transforms and computational holography), and plenty of numerical programming experience in both C and Octave. I am familiar with ImageMagick, and I have used it to display animations from frames constructed in SVG with Octave code of my own (cycloidal gears meshing). Hence, I think I can complete this project. 14 days is a worst-case completion time: I hope to be able to complete it more quickly than this if all goes well.

hello, the algorithm can be implemented, but i recommend using opencv for image loading and processing, as its free -even for commercial use-. skills: -experienced in c\c++, -good knowledge in opencv, -and jpg image loading algorithm.
