I have a Cointegration algorithm from an open-source application (written in C#) that needs to be extracted from the application and put in a standalone C#/C/C++ executable so it runs as fast as possible. The executable has to iterate through billions of combinations of time series data generated and provided from a separate source (as a flat file or whatever is best). It will need to be multithreaded to maximise performance. It doesn't need to have a GUI. Source code must be provided that will compile in in GCC or VS 2012 and 13. Code must be thoroughly commented.
