e-sign on pdf

Hi, The brief of the task is not accurate from me because i am new to echo sign. I do not want to purchase echo sign. All i want to do is i have pdf document, and i just want to add the signature feature onto my document without purchasing. I dont' want the entire system process of adobe echo design. The signature example can be seen here: [login to view URL] I want to: 1. Add the signature feature onto my pdf contracts same like echosign 2. Send it via email 3. After signed an email is sent again with the signature signed in pdf. 4. When signed it needs to record the date and time it was signed 5.. any dynamic scripts to make this must be in asp.net and mssql db 6. It needs to be responsive, including the email template
