we have a company that install WHMCS. Now, the issue is whmcs is installed on hosting server (which store the installation part). Now our email piping doesnt work as the mail server is installed in difference server (which is windows 2008).
Our WHMCS is installed in linux. Mailserver is Windows 2008. The problem arise when we need to take care of email forwarder (piping) using this command :
| php -q /home/dewansit/public_html/support_billing/v1/pipe/[url removed, login to view] and i understand that since it using windows server to done this, it doesnt understand well the php command and its located on difference server, so they (WHMCS admin) ask to use this instead | php -q [url removed, login to view] (please google it ofr full link) :)
So now, when the clients reply the ticket generated to response this cannot be done as the windows server part not done (forwarding email). We also don't know how to make this command work. Here is the clue by WHMCS staff:
You will want to use the Windows Task Scheduler ([url removed, login to view]) to acomplish this.
You will need PHP installed to do this.
So anyone expert can help us done this?
The objective is to get the piping work and when the customer reply to the ticket from his/her email, the email piping work and the response will be updated to the system.
Thanks all! :)
