c# SNMP listner using winpcac.net and MIBs integration

Hello, We would like to develop a windows service which will use the open library of [login to view URL] and another library of SNMP for .net. The purpose of this service will be to real time monitor all adapter's traffic and forward only SNMP messages to a second app. In addition, it's required to filter to SNMP messages for specific MIBs that we will provide. Need to work with with appropriate objects. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Once data is captured and filtered appropriately it needs to be sent to a remote webservice. Project outputs windows service installation that does the above. complete source code client app that receives the captured SNMP packets and shows each one in different line. Project completion: We will run the windows service in a closed network for three days and will constantly send packets from 10 end devices. we will monitor in parallel with wireshark and will compare to amount of packets presented in the client app provided.
