API for executing some manipulations on some messageing services

The goal of this API is to centralize the implementation of the communication of variety range of messaging APIs and Services.
The API defines an interface with methods, properties and events.
Then, for each API/Service there will be a class implements the interface with its own implementation to communicate against its API/Service.
Technologies:
1. The API will be written in C# language. Defined as a ClassLibrary with Console application as a starter test project.
2. The database will be SQL.
3. The connection to the database will be in Entity Framework 6.4.0 Code First.
Services:
The API needs to communicate smoothly with the following services & APIs:
1. Gmail
2. SMTP
3. Facebook Messenger
4. WhatsApp
5. Telegram
6. Skype
7. Instagram
8. Slack
9. Other APIs that will be connected to our API via web service
1. IMPORTANT: The connection between tha API and other API's must be implemented by the service API's only. For example, do not use SMAP api for the communication with Gmail, use Gmail API.
2. Clean and clear code only.

Milestone 1: Class library with the interface define with all the methods, properties & events.
Then milestone for each implementation. e.g: milestone for the Gmail implementation, milestone for WhatsApp implementation, etc...
