Attention web, mobile app and computer programers i will opening a small business in 6 months leaving me or us plenty of time to get this project done. I need your expertise in creating the following: I once worked at this lighting store where their was a computer program connected throughout the store i mean my computer in the warehouse, and their was another computer connected in room next door( oh by the way if you logged on at one computer you had to log off at that same computer. Because you couldn't log on again at any of the other computers) and then their was the computers at the front desk used as registers to look up inventory of available in stock items in warehouse, the program also allowed to make customer purchase orders, we could send e-mails to each other, i did receiving from the same program, my boss was also connected to his vendors he used to buy merchandise through the same computer program. Oh and he had a computer upstairs always running like if it was used as a private server. And my boss could connect to this computer program at the store or anywhere else like at home or on his laptop. But the computer program was like in ms-dos or something like it. Or even better can you guys also create for me a downloadable POS system that will connect to only me for instance like if their was multiple access like an online POS systems that no matter how many registered users connected to it the only communication allowed will only be directly to only me, so the other users cant email each other or talk to each other but only me. And on this app, platform or maybe company web page with the option to use the online POS System to only registered and logged on users that they could make purchase orders for merchandise directly to me and only me for e.g. "I would like for their to be multiple users using the same app, platform or company web page giving me and only me complete and full access to communicate to all or anyone logged on. So that the other users can order merchandise from me for e.g.) and on this app, platform or company web page with the online POS system option to be accessed by the registered and logged on people with this access. i would like it to have also a mail server where any of the other users can communicate to me only. And with this a downloadable app if we go with creating an app or a platform like in school where they have the online courses on. I would like it to include in this POS system the inventory, point of sale, connect to vendor (me) via e-mail at any given moment ( for all users) to make purchase orders or just send me an e-mail, also included on this page or whatever an option for receiving..the receiving of merchandise purchased to automatically add into store inventory-warehouse, also include a calculator, a contacts list with address, a button for weekly report point of sales option, another button that sums and creates a weekly report of the 20% sales commission fee from every sale added up from every sale during the week, also a list of products purchased "from me" via e-mail, for their store inventory/warehouse, employee clock time in and clock time out button verifier, employee total amount of hrs. Worked for the week included on the weekly report print out. I would also like for the point of sale to include name of customer, address, telephone number, cell phone number, and then automatically calculate the amount of cash to charge the customer for the number of rooms,the number of bathrooms, and their zip code of residence where the online POS system will automatically add up and give the sub total and total after sales tax for the scheduled cleaning the customers home or business, with a space for added notes to the purchase order(like for e.g. the key to the front or back door will be left under the mat), and lets not forget the debit or credit card billing information added option via secured app, platform, web page or computer program compatible with windows.
