Build a bot

Hello, I'd like to have someone build a bot that will monitor the following sites and make an automated purchase when the product available.

- AFK Support - the bot should be able to purchase without user intervention.

- Quantity limit for each site

- Proxy support

- Adjustable refresh rates

- Able to schedule times
