As far as I understood, you need a form containing a textboxes for credit card number, expiry date, and CVV. These details are submitted to Quickbooks API (sandbox for testing purpose), and fetch the result. If there is any error returned by Quickbooks, they should be reported to user in some Label or Messagebox. If there is anything else you want to include, please let me know.
