Create a small Dynamics CRM 2013 Plugin Assembly

Hi all, We need to build a small plugin for Dynamics CRM. The idea behind the plugin is extremely simple. I need this plugin to edit the default "merge" behavior for the Notes (annotation) Entity, so when we merge the Leads, the owner of the note does not change. Right now, by default, this relationship cannot be edited during the merge so when two leads are merged, the notes ownership change to the owner of the main lead which remains active. We do not want the note owner to change so you should create a small plugin assembly that will act during the Pre-Update of the Note entity and will remove the owner from the update attributes. Please see the example attached in the source code, which is generic for every entity. High Priority will be given to proposals which can complete this task immediately and with the lowest price possible. Please understand that we know exactly the amount of time and volume of work needed to complete the task. You just have to generate the code that will contain an average of 10-20 rows and simply build in Visual Studio the DLL file which you will provide us to test. If it works correctly as required you will be assigned the project and we will create the milestone. Once the milestone is created you should give us the source code and after the release of the source code we will release the milestone.
