Hello, I understand your requirement. I would personally use WinPcap library for packet capturing. Can you tell me what are the information you want to extract from those packets? I am studying in my 4th year IIT Guwahati (Computer Science ). I have prior experience with Network packet analysis, I have done some projects with Wireshark for intercepting http and https packets and network simulation using NS3 and also some client server socket programming with C++. I can implement a solution for packet interception in C# using SharpPcap ( I have also done other projects in C#). Further more, this is my first project so if I get this, you can be sure that I will work to my full potential to complete this before time.
