C# Method to produce an EXCEL file from two LIST Arrays

Very simple method that will take in two LIST ARRAYS and produce an EXCEL file. One list array contains the column headers for the EXCEL file and the other array contains the detail rows. This method will be used in a C# [login to view URL] program. All you need to do is write a method that will take in 2 LIST Arrays and produce an EXCEL file from this data.
