Reading .PAK UnrealEngine file and maaping to know what to update from previous version

Hello. This is not a problem. I can compare a bunch of files to extract byte difference and request only that difference. Do you have your custom launcher already written or you need one? I could do it as well. I am experienced C/C++, C# and JavaScript programmer. Please let me know if you are interested. Thank you.
