Job Description:
We are currently using Zoho Forms and [login to view URL] for customer registration for our camps.
Scope of Work
1. Create an online registration and payment form that mimics [login to view URL]
a. MSSQL BackEnd with multiple tables to ensure ability to restrict financial view to certain [login to view URL] users.
b. Form includes ability to
i. add coupon to overall price
ii. Discount for multiple days selected
iii. Email Receipts and Verification Emails
c. Need the ability to easily update the new “form” as each year the days will change.
d. Current integration is with [login to view URL] but can consider stripe to process
c. Hosting on Siteground servers.
2. Transfer internal application from [login to view URL] to [login to view URL]
a. Filter Customers based on in put information from form
b. Check-in Customers
c. Assign Customers to Groups
