Siemens TIA Portal HMI file edit via Openness

Looking for collaboration from some good responsible, serious software talent.

No HMI Configuration work is required and no HMI files will be provided by us.

Create some sample HMI files using all the features available in TIA Comfort v16-19 editor files (exclude VBScript completely). Convert them to Unified HMI files using the latest version of migration tool Data2Unified. Some features do not convert.

Using TIA Openness, export the Comfort & Unified files to XML. We need you to develop a migration tool in MS Visual Studio latest version C# software that will read data from the Comfort XML, and write/update into Unified HMI XML file programmatically (No manual work. You may write some manual steps to enhance/help with conversion).

• need to support all objects, elements

• need to support all functions and events

So you will have to decipher the Comfort & Unified HMI file contents for TIA portal HMI v16,17,18,19 & do some lower level plumbing work. Knowledge of OpenPLCliberary and Simens SiVArc will be advantageous. At the end, this programmatic conversion/upgrade will be mainly autonomous process, generic enough for any Comfort HMI app to migrate to Unify. If you feel there is a solution better than TIA openness, please share that info for mutual discussion. If you can do this, please respond by stating "I CAN DO THIS JOB" as your 1st sentence. We like to get solution done asap. We shall own all the work you develop, and you will submit all the work done - source codes, supporting docs, testing apps, user manual etc. Please specify any milestones desired (all fully tested bug-free source code, supporting docs till date will be submitted and approved by us. Release will happen when next milestone is submitted and approval by us of prior), else full payment on delivery and acceptance by us of everything. Unless you specify otherwise, we expect full delivery by 2 weeks after award. Include some time for sharing & exchange of the solution detail with us, so we can maintain in future.
