write a c# to control robot arm

1)i want you to write a c# to control robot arm, this robot arm is move by planetary gear stepper motor, use arduino mega2560 and ramps 1.4, with three a4988 and one servo for the gripper, hardware is ready, i need the software to control this robot arm. 2)You also need to know linux, as i want this c# can be run under linux by mono. 3) This c# need store function, so that i can first make the robot arm to move to a specific location, then i click store. Then, I will click play to replay this series action. That means action1= x1y2z4, x3y6z7, x8y3z7...... and so on. 4) I also need a macro list, for example, macro1 will play multiple actions, for example, macro1 contains action1,action3,action4; macro2 contains action2,action5,action1. So when i click macro1, it will play action1,3,4. You need to build a interface for me to schedule those actions for macro. 5) The PC will communicate with the arduino mega 2560 with w5100 ethernet board, i don't want USB as PC may be far away from the robot arm, it is more stable to use ethernet board, so please assign a IP for the robot arm. 6) As this robot arm can move preciously, please make a interface for me to change the speed of the movement and fine and coarse adjustment. Also make a fine adjustment button and coarse adjustment button.
