Complete AWS D1.1 Weld Mapping

I already have a cleaned-up weld map and an AWS D1.1 report template on hand; what I need is the technical legwork to turn raw weld callouts into a fully documented package. Here’s the scope in plain terms: • Identify every weld on the map, specifying whether it is a butt, fillet, or groove weld. • Record the correct position for each joint—flat (1G/1F), horizontal (2G/2F), or vertical (3G/3F). Every position that appears on the drawing must be captured. • Note the weld size where shown, ranging from ¼ in. up to ½ in. and convert to metric inside the report when D1.1 asks for it. • Transfer all of that information into my AWS D1.1 report template without altering the formatting or section numbering. Deliverables I expect: 1. The annotated weld map (PDF or native CAD with clear callouts). 2. A completed AWS D1.1 report, ready for submission and audit review. Acceptance criteria: each weld entry must match the map exactly, terminology must follow AWS D1.1 wording, and no field in the report is left blank unless it is truly non-applicable.
