Custom Xiao RP2350 PCB

I already have a hand-drawn sketch of a board that puts a Seeed Xiao RP2350 module at its heart. What I still need is a complete, production-ready design that turns that sketch into Gerber files and a clean bill of materials. Key points you’ll be working with: • The Xiao RP2350 must remain the central MCU footprint. • I need on-board power-supply circuitry so the board can run from a single external DC source without extra regulators. • Space and routing for at least one communication module (for example BLE, Wi-Fi or LoRa) must be included; exact part number can be finalised together, but the footprint and connections have to be there from the start. • No dedicated sensors are required right now—this board is for rapid prototyping. Deliverables I expect: • Schematic in KiCad, Altium, or another mainstream EDA tool we agree on. • Gerber, drill and pick-and-place files that pass standard DRC checks. • BOM with manufacturer part numbers and component footprints. • If available, a 3D step file of the assembled board to confirm mechanical fit. I’ll provide the original sketch, desired board outline and any component preferences as soon as we start. If everything checks out in the DRC and the Gerbers load cleanly in JLCPCB or PCBWay viewers, I’ll consider the job complete.
