Increase external thickness to 5mm -- 3

Attached is the STEP file of a sushi train we have designed. This needs to be redesigned and the external thickness needs to be increased to 5mm without changing any of the details.
Internal dimensions should not change.
We require this as soon as possible so preference will be made to those who can work on it right away.
