I need a design for a single-screen vent with a plastic enclosure. The assembly needs to include the following: - Three components: a plastic casing and a stainless steel screen vent ( I may provide the rough design of screen hexagon punching, only punching for sitting on shaft and bending need to design) and top lid to keep enclose screen while installation. - A mechanism to open and close the screen for maintenance - Plastic casing dimensions: 10mm (w) x 75mm (h) x 100mm (l) - Fireproof plastic casing - Stainless steel screen: 304 or 316 - Plastic casing finish: Matte - One tooling operation for each: plastic casing, screen bending, top cover plug Ideal candidates will have: - Experience in designing plastic enclosures - Familiarity with fireproof materials and stainless steel - Knowledge in determining optimal screen thickness for functionality
