We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales - Client Care Specialist to join our successful real estate team. Your goal will be to set as many in-person appointments as possible for our Sales Partners and help improve our company’s lead conversion rate. The job is extremely easy since we have automation. You will prospect for and acquire new clients from various lead sources provided by our company. You will convert top-of-funnel leads by prospecting, cultivating, nurturing, setting appointments, and assisting in the maintenance of the CRM databases. You will obtain critical information about buyer and seller leads to assist our Sales Partners in helping each client achieve their real estate goals.
The ideal candidate is hungry, humble, and passionate about setting and crushing goals. You have a thirst for always learning how to improve and are highly coachable. You draw energy from working with people and have high energy over the phone.

The job pays $3hr.
Rigorously prospect for a new business to achieve your daily and weekly productivity and appointment setting goals
Field top-of-funnel leads from various lead sources and help manage those leads in the CRM
Effectively qualify leads to set appointments for Sales Partners and keep accurate notes and statuses within our LeadGX CRM databases
Deliver our proven scripts to deliver our teams value proposition and handle buyer and seller objections effectively
Coordinate and schedule in-person and Zoom video appointments for the Sales Partners
Maintain a high consistency of speed to lead and adhere to the lead follow-up standards
Assist in distributing qualified leads and appointments to the Sales Partners
Transfer live calls to sales agents
Obtain critical information from each buyer or seller lead to help advance them through the sales pipeline
Pass all company required training certifications
Practice, memorize, and internalize role play scripts every week
Attend training and daily role-plays with the team
Adhere to the company's set of Core Values
