I had some bpo or call center experience before I am trained as a phone email and chat support for different accounts for inbound and outbound I worked on top accounts that helped me develop my skills in communicating and giving customer/client satisfaction. In addition to that, I have some real estate experience in cold calling, appointment setting, texting, sending contracts, and other admin tasks for a transaction coordinator. Some of the programs that I've used before are CRM, podio, call tools, sign now, salesforce and slack as our helpdesk and I am open to learning new programs with minor supervision. As for that experience, I know in myself that I can do much more of what my employer expects.
