Hi, I have already worked on similar kind of whatsapp bot recently. 1. Client/patient sends a 'Hi' and they get an intake form link for their details. 2. After submitting the form they automatically recieve a Calendly booking link which shows your availability. They can schedule their slot on that. Which will confirm the availability to them and will send the notification to your/clinics inbox. Although as you mentioned you don't want the patient to leave the chat, that's something which needs to be implemented. But I suggest to have a proper intake form system and calendly for scheduling, it looks professional and information related to client is easily available.
