Chemical engineer/chemist needed for mixing/blending polyurethane coatings

I am searching for a chemical engineer or chemist group/lab to produce 2 polyurethane coatings (topcoat and primer) for the purposes of bathroom and kitchen countertop reglazing. I have formulations for both coatings that are being developed and tested overseas and I need someone in the US to obtain the raw materials, mix the ingredients based on the formulation, and send me the samples. Samples must be sprayable. We will have to wait until the formulations are completed before beginning the coating mixing.
Both coatings are single-component alkyd resins with low VOC and high solids. The coatings each have to go through premixing and mixing at high RPM and ambient conditions.
Your Role:
- experienced in liquid polyurethane coating chemistry and industry
- must have access to proper milling equipment for producing the coatings
- able to work with my team with frequent communication
- must be located in the U.S.
Deliverables
- 1/2 quart sample of each coating, shipped to us
