Hello again. You created a Chrome extension that automatically carts new items on [url removed, login to view] web stores for me. It's working great.
I have another project for you, if you're interested, and depending on the cost. Same theory, though.
This is the web store: [url removed, login to view] Each of the "names" down the left side of the page are artists' names. When you click on an artist's name it takes you to all of the pieces the site has for sale by that artist. When new items are posted they go to the top of the page along the right side. Sometimes more than one item is posted at the same time. You click "add to basket" and then the item is held in your shopping cart for a certain amount of time.
Some of the things I'd like to be able to do:
1. Monitor the entire store "all artists" for new items and then add the new items to my basket immediately after they become available. I understand that's a lot of individual pages and might be difficult
2. Monitor a specific artist's page for new items and add them to my basket the moment they become available, keeping in mind that sometimes more than one item is added at the same time.
4. Like the bigcartel extension you made for me, I'd also like to be able to monitor a specific item for a "basket" button when none currently exists. Often times the site staggers the release of a print, meaning they'll release a few, wait for them to sell out, and then release a few more, etc. (see the second tip I mention below).
3. It would be great if there was some kind of way to email me when an item is added so I don't miss out on it, but, while I don't have a ton of knowledge regarding this stuff, I do understand that's probably not something that can happen from a Chrome extension since there is no email server involved.
