I’m Rajib, the owner of RJ Collectives. We already cover photography, but I now need a freelance cinematographer who can film weddings and similar events in a truly cinematic style. The brief You’ll handle on-site shooting—from the quiet pre-ceremony moments through to the last dance—capturing genuine emotion and weaving it into a story-driven film rather than a simple record of the day. Think fluid gimbal moves, creative lens choices, and colour-graded footage that feels ready for the big screen. What I’d like to see from you • Two or more recent wedding films that highlight cinematic camera movement, professional lighting, and polished colour work (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, or similar). • A quick rundown of your camera bodies, lenses, stabilisers, audio kit, and whether you shoot 4 K or higher. • Your day rate and the regions you’re happy to travel to—most of our bookings are around London, and around uk Next steps If your reel and gear match what I’m after, I’ll get in touch to confirm the first date, share the detailed shot list, and discuss post-production options (I usually edit in-house but I’m open to you handling the full pipeline).
