Please read the project carefully and Bid amount will be final no further discussion on amount. only serious bidder can come with the proposal I’m building an Intel i5 8th-gen mini-PC that has to run 24/7 in an industrial cabinet, and I need a custom open-frame SMPS that fits inside a footprint no larger than 110 × 55 mm (120 × 60 mm only if absolutely necessary). The board must deliver a rock-solid 12 V at 20 A with premium efficiency as the top design driver; every percentage point saved on losses helps me keep temperatures down without adding bulky heatsinks or fans. Need compact industrial open-frame SMPS PCB for mini PC cabinet. Output required: 12V DC 20A continuous. The motherboard will be powered using separate DC-ATX/Pico PSU module which will generate: 5V 3.3V 5VSB ATX control signals Application: Intel i5 8th Gen mini PC system for digital signage/NVR. Need: schematic PCB Gerber BOM transformer design protections EMI filter thermal consideration compact SMD layout
