I need an experienced electrician who can diagnose and repair several issues throughout my property—both inside and outside. The scope includes flickering or non-working lighting fixtures, dead or overheating outlets and switches, and a circuit breaker that trips without warning. To complete the job you’ll need to bring the right test equipment (multimeter, voltage tester, breaker finder) and carry any common replacement parts so work can be finished in a single visit whenever possible. Deliverables I’ll sign off on: • Lighting fixtures restored to stable operation, with safe wiring and proper grounding • All affected outlets and switches replaced or repaired, verified for correct polarity and load handling • Circuit breaker fault identified and resolved; panel labeled and breaker tested for consistent performance All work must meet current residential electrical codes. Please include a brief note on your experience with similar repair projects and your estimated time to complete the tasks listed above.
