I’m setting up a hydraulic system whose main job is to control fluid flow with precision, so I need a complete circuit designed from scratch. The build must incorporate valves, pumps and cylinders that work seamlessly together. I don’t have fixed brands or models in mind, so feel free to propose components you trust—just make sure they’re readily available and cost-effective. Here’s what I’m expecting from you: • A clear schematic (PDF or CAD) showing every connection, line size and flow direction. • A concise bill of materials with part numbers, pressure ratings and supplier links. • Brief setup notes outlining start-up procedures, safety considerations and any tuning steps. The layout should prioritise smooth throttling, minimal pressure loss and easy maintenance. Deliver the files ready for my shop floor team to assemble, and I’ll handle the procurement once the design is approved.
