Budget $7,000 We kindly ask that only candidates who have thoroughly read the entire job posting submit an application. This project is highly specialized and may not be suitable for every electrical engineer. To ensure a strong alignment with the project requirements, applicants will be asked specific questions related to the job description. All key details regarding the timeline, budget, and project scope are clearly outlined in the job posting. Overview We are IVEYAH Corp., a U.S.-based firm that specializes in medical and biomedical electronics such as pacemakers, ECG monitors, and advanced diagnostic tools. We are seeking a highly creative and capable freelance electrical engineer to help us build a groundbreaking experimental prototype. This is not a repetitive task — this is an opportunity to pioneer in a highly experimental frontier of bioelectromagnetics. The goal is to design, assemble, test, and ship a high-voltage, low-current, high-frequency generator built within a form factor inspired by a Van de Graaff generator, but with very different internal workings. We’re building a device that takes inspiration from the outer design of a Van de Graaff generator — but it’s very important to understand: this is not a Van de Graaff generator. The goal is to construct a custom-built machine that has the physical shape of a Van de Graaff — meaning, a box-based base housing with a metallic dome at the top — but instead of using belts or friction to generate static electricity like the original, this device will contain modern electronics and transformer-based components inside the box to manipulate household electricity into something very different. What we want this device to do: It should take standard U.S. wall outlet power — 120 volts at 60 Hz — and internally transform it into an output of 30,000 volts, at 300 MHz frequency, and 20 microamps (0.000020 amps). That energy must then be routed to the metallic dome at the top of the device, so that when a user touches the dome, this high-frequency, high-voltage but ultra-low-current charge flows continuously through their body. This isn’t a static zap. It’s a steady stream of energy at frequency (300 MHz). The amperage is very low — just 20 microamps — which is within the range of what is generally considered safe for human exposure, and far below any threshold for electrocution. That said, we will still be testing everything thoroughly to ensure it operates exactly as intended, without surges. We want to make it very clear that this project is for experimental and medical study purposes. Our work is in the field of biomedical engineering. We are interested in evaluating whether or not energizing the body with this specific kind of charge — high frequency, low current — can support the body’s natural healing mechanisms. There are studies and practices in complementary medicine that use forms of electromagnetic stimulation to improve cell activity or regeneration (e.g., PEMF therapy, frequency therapy, and ionized water technologies like Kangen). But no one has tried it quite like this, especially not with a 300 MHz continuous charge at this safe, low amperage. What we’re looking for is someone who can bring this concept into reality. We’re not prescribing specific internal components or circuitry. You are free to choose the method that you believe can best achieve this transformation of power — whether that means using high-voltage step-up circuits, RF oscillator circuits, shielding, frequency generators, etc. — as long as the result meets these three precise output characteristics: Voltage: 30,000 volts (or slightly more, if needed) Frequency: 300 MHz (continuous, not pulsed) Current: Capped at 20 microamps (for safety) We are funding the development with a budget of $7000, which covers parts and labor. We will separately pay for shipping once the device is complete. The build and testing must be completed within 30 days of hire. The final product should be: A sealed unit that plugs into a U.S. wall outlet (120V 60Hz) Contains a simple ON/OFF switch Routes the transformed electricity to the metallic dome on top Emits continuous 30kV at 300MHz and 20µA to the dome Allows a person to touch the dome and experience the charge flow through their body safely We’ll need proof of output levels (e.g., multimeter, oscilloscope, or RF spectrum analyzer readings) to confirm that the voltage, current, and frequency are accurate and stable. The safety cap on the current is crucial. About the Project This device is designed to simulate a "static-like" electrical charge similar to that of a Van de Graaff generator but operating at high RF frequencies (~300 MHz ) rather than 0 Hz (true static). Van de Graaff generators are known to create a safe sensation of a static field throughout the human body, but their field is non-oscillating (DC/static). We want to know what happens when that same high-voltage/low-current experience is recreated at RF frequencies, specifically 300 MHz. The aim is to explore its interaction with human tissue, bioelectric signaling, and potentially cell regeneration. This project exists to test that theory with a safe, measurable, and repeatable experimental tool. You will be the first to help us build it. Over the years, several researchers and practitioners in the field of alternative medicine have claimed that the frequency of the human body directly affects health — suggesting that disease itself may be connected to a drop in cellular or bodily frequency. According to some of these studies, a healthy human body resonates at a frequency around 62 to 78 MHz, while certain illnesses — like the flu, cancer, or even emotional stress — are associated with much lower frequencies, sometimes as low as 20 MHz or below. The theory is simple: as your body’s vibrational frequency drops, you become more susceptible to illness. In contrast, raising or restoring the body’s frequency could potentially help the body return to health. This concept may sound unconventional, but it’s no more strange than modern therapies like electromagnetic field therapy (PEMF), light-based healing, or frequency-specific microcurrent treatments — all of which are gaining momentum in the biomedical field. That brings us to the device we are building. We want to test — in real, measurable, experimental ways — whether applying a high-frequency, low-amperage electric charge to the human body can raise the body's internal frequency and support healing. The machine we're building is designed to do exactly that: to emit 30,000 volts of electricity at 300 MHz, but at a very low and safe current of 20 microamps, so that it can pass through the human body without causing harm. The idea is to allow this energy to flow into the body through a metallic dome (that the person touches while the device is active) and observe what kind of biological response — if any — it produces. Can it help restore healthy function? Can it recharge cell activity or tissue regeneration by increasing frequency? These are the questions we seek to answer. While the scientific world may not have fully confirmed these frequency-based healing claims yet, we believe that progress starts with bold exploration. This machine is not just an invention — it's a tool for verifying or disproving whether there is truth behind these theories. We're not just speculating — we’re building the means to test these ideas empirically. Your work on this project could help uncover a new pathway in the future of energy-based medicine. Objective Design and build a self-contained device that: Draws standard U.S. wall outlet power: 120V AC, 60Hz, up to 2.0A Outputs: ~30,000 volts at 20 microamps (0.000020 A) at a frequency of 300 MHz Delivers this output via a metallic dome mounted at the top of the device (similar in form to a Van de Graaff generator) Is safe for human touch (non-lethal and properly isolated) This device will be used exclusively for non-clinical experimental research in the study of high-frequency electrical fields and their interaction with human biology. Core Requirements 1. Electrical Output Requirements Voltage: Target of 30,000 volts (acceptable range: 30kV–40kV) Current: Strictly limited to ~20 microamps (non-lethal) Frequency: Minimum of 300 MHz Power Source: 120V AC wall outlet (U.S. standard) Continuous operation with ON/OFF switch 2. Form Factor Requirements Outer shape should resemble a Van de Graaff generator: Boxed base unit housing internal electronics Metallic dome mounted at the top for touch-based discharge Wall plug with power cord Total height of approximately 1 to 3 feet (manageable desktop size) 3. Testing and Validation You must test the final device and provide video evidence showing: Output voltage is ~30kV Current remains at or below 20 µA Frequency output is at least 300 MHz Must use appropriate measurement tools (oscilloscope, HV probe, etc.) 4. Shipping and Delivery You will assemble and test the device at your location Once approved via remote testing, you will package and ship the device to our U.S. office Shipping cost will be paid separately Ideal Candidate Electrical engineer or advanced technician with experience in: High-voltage transformers or flyback converters RF signal generation (300 MHz) Capacitive discharge systems and insulation safety Capable of safely building and testing HV devices Resourceful and creative thinker who can work independently Can communicate findings clearly and deliver results What We Provide $7,000 total budget for parts and labor (paid in stages) We're paying the shipping fee of the finished device. Prompt communication and technical support as needed A brief technical plan or your intended approach Estimated breakdown of parts/labor costs (ballpark is fine) Help us build something that could change lives.

I have gone thoroughly through the requirements, and I have determined that I can actually Build this system, but there are so many clarifications i have to make and ask you about. For example the Human Body Model and the requirements do not align particularly on the Voltage required and the frequency specified. I need to ask a lot of other questions. similar to this, and i will go into great detail. I will describe the circuit I intend to use to generate and keep the current at the proper levels, but the clarifications will change some of these details. I have worked with low power tesla coils and many different RF systems, and i have a very good idea of how to make this project work. I can also help straighten out some of these loopholes as well. Please reach out in chat. I am looking forward to the prospect of working with you. Best Regards, Peter Xavier

Hi, I fully understand that your goal is to create a high-voltage, low-current, high-frequency biomedical experimental device in the physical form of a Van de Graaff generator, but with modern electronics generating 30 kV at 300 MHz and capped at 20 µA for safety. My experience includes designing custom HV step-up systems, RF oscillator circuits in the VHF/UHF range, and precise current-limiting safety mechanisms for medical-grade experimental tools. I would achieve this by engineering a multi-stage HV step-up transformer coupled with a 300 MHz RF generation stage, integrating an RF impedance matching network to stabilize delivery to the dome, and employing current-limiting resistive networks and isolation barriers to ensure safe, stable output. The system would be tested with calibrated HV probes, spectrum analysis, and µA monitoring to guarantee compliance with all output specs. I can ensure robust internal shielding to minimize RF leakage and meet your form factor and safety requirements precisely. Let’s connect to discuss technical preferences and finalize the design approach.
