we are using cisco 7606-s router and we have 2 connections from 2 isps one is 200/MB and the backup is 100/MB using bgp.
and we have couple of public subbnets.
we want to load balance or load share between the two links in a way that 60-70% goes out 200mb isp and the remaining
% goes on the backup link.
and at the same configure failover in case one of them goes down to route everything throw it.
is there a way to accomplish this
