Machine Learning Hosting - Business Case - Expert Opinion

I would like to know if setting up hosting for machine learning is worth it (compared to other provider such as paperspace, aws and so on)

The idea is to offer great computing power (Nvidia DGX) to only a few customers.

I would like to discuss what is necessary and if that is a positive business case.

- Connection Speed for such servers - 100 Mbit enough ?

- Server setup - Jupyter Notebook Server or Remote Access ?

what else is necesary ?
