Hello, For PhotoX, I would separate marketplace logic from image/AI processing: Laravel API + PostgreSQL for orders, commissions and POPIA audit trails, with object storage/CDN and queues for originals, thumbnails, watermarks and face/bib/jersey indexing. - You get the Phase 1 flow from event creation to delivery and photographer reporting. - I propose REST APIs with Sanctum/JWT, roles, signed URLs and admin approvals. - ZAR payments cover checkout, refunds, payouts and commissions via PayFast or Peach. - Tests cover orders, access, uploads and webhooks, then CI deployment to cloud.
