CMS Content Support

Greetings! I'm seeking a person who is comfortable with editing within a CMS. You'd need basic HTML skills, but nothing to Jedi-like. Essentially, we send you a list of changes that we'd like made to our site and you execute the changes. Some weird requirements: We would need to work with you in our project management system (communications). Don't know how we reconcile that with Freelancer dot com. You need to speak English (ESL) and be available via Skype for support questions. We don't expect to Skype you much, but we need you to be available during these hours if discussion is needed. Of course, every moment you spend on Skype is billable. You would need to be in GMT +8 or GMT +10 (we're looking for after-hours support). Essentially we need support from approximately 10pm GMT to 6am GMT. This means that we have coverage here in the US from 6pm to 1am EST. We're looking at approximately 20 hours per week of work. Light image resizing, HTML coding, mostly making changes in our CMS to update and add content for our customers.
