Job Description:
THIS IS A PROJECT TO BE FINISHED YOU WILL ALREADY HAVE A WORKING PART OF THE PROGRAM
I need to create an application to communicate with cnc machines, in any language you want. This application must communicate with 2 machines, a DOOSAN PUMA 2100SY with FANUC Oi-TF language and a DOOSAN DNM 5700 with FANUC Oi-Plus iHMI language, both connected in a network.
1) This program must be able to send the commands present within a text file or mysql field record;
2) must be able to read an agreed variable that the operator sets manually;
3) must write the state of the machine on the mysql database;
4) it must represent the state of the machine in a graphical interface already prepared by us in C language otherwise another interface with the same functions is also fine, it must show
a) machine name (data readable from machine table);
b) machine ip number (data readable from machine table);
c) name of the running program (corresponds to value #10 in this case (PRO0000023);
d) machine status (working) or (pause);
e) speed of rotation speed acts ready-made example code in C (working);
f) feed speed speed actf example code ready in C (working);
g) number of pieces produced;
to test the procedure you will have access with anydesk to the server connected to the network with the machines and an operator who, at your discretion, will perform the operations you need.
Consider that we are in Italy and you will have to comply with the Italian working hours for the tests.
